Ingredients:
- 600 mL milk
- 1 Up & Go (banana) – $1.02
- 1 Instant pudding – $1.91
- 1 Lunch yoghurt – $0.00
- ½ pack Scotch Fingers – $1.85
- 2 tbsp butter – $0.00
- 1 Caramello single (or 2) – $1.67
- Bananas – $0.00
Total: $7.22
Makes 4: $0.78
Equipment:
- 4 rice cups
- 2 large containers
Tip:
Place Scotch Fingers into a large container and use a peanut butter jar (lid part) to crush the biscuits.
Method:
- In a large container, pour the instant pudding and slowly add the cold Up & Go and milk until fully combined. Place into the fridge.
- Crush ½ pack of Scotch fingers, add butter and microwave for 10 seconds. Mix well and place into four clear rice containers.
- Squeeze the Caramello single evenly over the biscuit mixture and microwave for another 10 seconds, until the Caramello has melted. Let it cool.
- Slice bananas on top of the Caramello and biscuit mix.
- Pour the set pudding mixture on top.
- Optional: Add caramel sauce as garnish.
- Enjoy!
