Goanna Dreaming – Future Freedom

By Corey O.
Wiradjuri
2024

This painting is about my totem, the goanna, always looking out for me. The sunset with family table, camping ground and important places along the way after my release. I can't wait for my time to be free. To be with my children and family and enjoy a lot of time with them, as I've lost a lot along the way in jail.

Our Mob's Dreaming

By A. Smith
Waka Waka
2024

All the different tribes coming together to yarn about our Future Dreaming and what our Mobs should be looking forward to in the future.

Wandayali (Echidna) Dreaming

By B. Ward
Nari Nari/Wiradjuri
2024

This is a painting of Wandayali Wiradjuri word meaning echidna. He is chasing ants, his favourite food. He represents me, once I'm back on Country. I can't wait to have a Boree (fire) tunuut (by the river) and catch guya, kuya (fish) and ignor (crayfish) some of my favourite foods.
