A problem I have come across here at Woodford is that the only reading glasses you can get (if you are poor and not eligible for free prescription glasses) are #16 and are only 2.0 magnification! Well, if you need any other magnification (like: 1.5, 2.5, 3.0, 3.0 or 4.0), TOO BAD! Read and sign documents at your own peril. I think you get the general idea but I’ll clarify it a little: for the disabled or less literate it can be alarmingly stressful at times when being told to read or sign things.
I, for one, cannot see the reasoning not to include other choices of magnifications on the “Prisoner-to-pay” sale to prisoners (STP) process?
