Stir Fry Satay Fried Noodles (Meat and Veg)

Feeds 2 people

Ingredients:

  • Chicken/roast beef/fish
  • Ham
  • Pepperoni stix
  • Veggies (chopped finely – such as carrots, broccoli onions, cauliflower, peas & corn, cabbage, zucchini)
  • 2 packets of mi goreng noodles
  • 2 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Method:

  1. Dice or pull choice of meat apart.
  2. Dice the pepperoni stix, ham and all veggies.
  3. Put one tbsp butter on cooker and fry veggies. Remove and keep separate.
  4. Fry up all of the meat, season as you wish, then remove and keep.
  5. Put all noodles in a bowl with boiling water and stir. Drain when cooked and fry on the cooker with lots of butter. Once cooked, remove and set aside.
  6. Mix all of the noodle flavours with soy sauce, butter and peanut butter. Melt in the microwave for 30 seconds.
  7. Mix all of the veggies and meat and the fried noodles and sauce mixture.
  8. Toss so it's well mixed and serve.
