Ike Curtis is a contributing artist for About Time. He creates the monthly cover illustration for the newspaper and website. 

Ike is a Melbourne-born artist who has been drawing from a young age. He works predominantly in black and white, however his About Time illustrations have seen him venture into colour. His work (which explores themes such as religion, family and mortality) can be viewed on Instagram (ike_curtis). Ike is open to commissions.

Australia has never had a regular national prison newspaper. There have been at least 67 prison newsletters and magazines in Australian prison history, but none has been distributed regularly to every cell in the nation. We believe it’s about time that changed.
