Our land being invaded

Our women and children being taken

Rabbit-Proof Fence no escaping

Our Ancestors from Sky and Sea

Are who we thought we were inviting

Now it’s our history they are rewriting

Gifts disguised we’re being deceived

Alcohol blankets white man’s disease

Live like you instead of in harmony

With each other Flora Fauna and Mother Country

Murris put clay on their heads

Preparing for war preparing for death

Tribal warrior from long ago

Tribal warrior I stand alone

The Dreaming created me to be a nightmare

To these while Devilshare

I stand alone Pemelway this is my home I show no fear

Armed with knowledge of Country my Ancestral spirits and spear

I will show them a feverish nightmare fuelled Dreamtime warrior

For my People I am worrying

Land women and children taken from us

Culture art and stories thrown under the bus

Rainbow Prophecy a chosen few, who will your dollars feed

When poisoned is every river sea animal and tree birds and bees

Rise up like a phoenix bring our land back to us

Welcome to Country, now you’re one of us
