We recommend you revisit only the most positive life events, those that brought you happiness and contentment. Concentrate on events such as the first time your partner smiled at you in that way you love, or that one family Christmas where everybody got along, or holding your newborn baby for the first time.

‍

Even if positive life events have been few and far between for YOU/now, the ingenious design of our transport allows you to revisit them time and again.

‍

Information for Prospective Time Travellers:

  1. Please do not visit YOU/past at points of crisis in an attempt to change your life for the better. Due to Paradox Police safety mechanisms, YOU/now cannot alter the outcomes of YOU/past. To do so would create a paradox horizon large enough to annihilate the local timelines of not only YOU/now, but also every individual you ever interacted with, from that point onwards.
  2. ChronoCab Inc. instead recommends to revisit only the most positive life-events, those that brought you happiness and contentment. Concentrate on events such as the first time your partner smiled at you in that way you love, or that one family Christmas where everybody got along, or holding your newborn baby for the first time. Even if positive life-events have been few and far between for YOU/now, the ingenious design of our ChronoCab Inc. transport allows you to revisit them time and again.
  3. In your travels, YOU/now may on occasion observe YOU/alt, one of the countless alternate versions of YOU/now created where your timeline splits around key events in your life (see point 1, above). Should you chance upon YOU/alt whose life seems vastly superior to your own, we suggest you remember that, on the balance of probabilities, YOU/now do not in point of fact exist. That YOU/now constitute a valued ChronoCab Inc. patron in your current timeline is therefore a major achievement in itself.
  4. Unfortunately, ChronoCab Inc. cannot offer YOU/now transit services to your future. Although your limited perspective prevents you from seeing them, there exists an infinite number of YOU/futures. The laws of thermodynamics prevent ChronoCab Inc. from even computing a destination, as this would consume more energy than your timeline contains. However, be assured: all of your choices matter. Your future is in your hands.
  5. Please do not attempt to remove any of the paradox safeguards, and keep your extremities in the transport at all times. ChronoCab Inc. values your safe patronage; however, ChronoCab Inc. is not liable for the destruction of your timeline, nor any loss of life or limb resulting from misuse of our vehicles.

Time, for me, was at first just “the clock on the wall” at high school. When is lunch? When will this test finish? And when is home time?

Our time machine doesn’t take the form of a Tardis, or DeLorean, yet it does represent an equally large figure in pop culture and science fiction (at least those forced into hard labour on a mining planet colony usually got a spectacular view of the galaxy around them).
