As I strive to read this paper,
I am constantly bombarded with
Various forms of attempted conversation.
From random and extremely unimportant
Questions to idle chit-chat small talk.
Can't you see I’m reading?
All week to talk,
Yet right now you need me.
Take a break and a breath.
So I begin to write, they keep talking.
I wished they'd jog on,
Or practice walking
I'd like to take this paper in the dunny,
But that's frowned upon.

Hang on a second… I’m in gaol;

A sweet treat using buy-up staples.
Tired from being told what to do. I am tired of love, tired of being deemed guilty, tired of my own remorse. I am tired of my own self-doubt, my own shadows and especially tired of my own face.
Hate’s a strong word, but for you it’s reserved. I hate what you’ve taken from me, my parents, my childhood and my glee.
My blue eyes look so drained, but I’m strong, I’ll make it through.
